The Wine Journey

It starts with a conversation in a wine bar with a wine maker.

The next thing you know I’ve quit my job, started working in vineyards and enrolled in a wine making degree, mid-way through a divorce with 3 young kids. Most people called me crazy, perhaps I was.

Skip forward a couple of years and I’m halfway through a Viticulture Degree, Vineyard manager, launching my own wine label, thanking myself, friends and family for helping me be “fearless in the unknown”.

Many achievements along the way:

• RAS scholarship to attend the Advanced Wine Assessment Course, since achieving Associate judging positions getting to learn from some of the best wine judges and winemakers in the country.

• DPI scholarship to attend the first Advanced Viticulture course

• NSW Wine Industry Ambassador

• On the board for Canberra Viticulture Society

• Vintages with amazing wineries such as Clonakilla, Ravensworth, Collector Wines, Castle Rock Estate, Crowe Wines, Linear Wines and Jeir Creek Wines.
